Push for better mental health
Australia’s largest mental health and fitness event, each June. Free to join, open to every fitness level, and when you pick Lifeline Mid Coast, every dollar you raise stays on the Mid Coast.

Dates for 2027 are still to be confirmed. The challenge runs for 24 days each June. Leave us your details and we’ll let you know the moment registrations open.
What it is
3,307 push-ups, and a reason for every one
Lifeline Mid Coast takes on Australia’s largest mental health and fitness event each June, and we bring our community with us. Participants aim for 3,307 push-ups across the month, a number that represents the lives lost to suicide in Australia in a single year.
When you register, choose ‘Lifeline Mid Coast’ as your charity. That is what keeps the money you raise here, funding crisis support, counselling and community programs from Kempsey through to Forster.
